Este acuerdo regirá la relación entre Usted (Shopper) y Campias Maria Samanta CUIT 27-25130965-0 (THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE). Si Usted acepta los términos de este acuerdo. Usted puede dar por terminado este acuerdo en cualquier momento, notificándolo por escrito o verbalmente a THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar cualquier postulante a Shopper como contratista independiente para desempeñar trabajos de mystery shopping.
Usted será un contratista independiente de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE y nada de lo aquí detallado creará una relación empleador-empleado. THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE no retendrá impuestos de ningún tipo, que las leyes argentinas no requieran, en el pago de sus servicios. Usted no será un agente de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Su única obligación con respecto a THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE será llevar a cabo las asignaciones que usted acepte y mantener en forma confidencial la información que haya recogido durante las auditorias.
Usted acepta proporcionar sus servicios a THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE en base a una asignación ofrecida. Usted puede aceptar o rechazar las asignaciones ofrecidas. Usted tiene absolutamente prohibido transferir su asignación a familiares o amigos, sin la aprobación de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE.
SEORIGINAL le informará el honorario y/o un reintegro a pagar por una asignación en particular, antes de su aceptación de la misma. Podrá haber, en función del tipo de auditoria, reembolsos de ciertas compras realizadas a requerimiento de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE, por un monto/producto predeterminado. Usted será responsable de todo otro tipo de gasto en el que pudiera incurrir al aceptar una asignación de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Los honorarios y/o reembolsos se abonarán por medio de transferencia bancaria en fechas predeterminadas al momento de la asignación. Los honorarios y/o reembolsos correspondientes a sus asignaciones sólo le serán liquidados si se cumplió con la entrega de la factura de honorarios o tickets de compra correspondientes, dentro de los tiempos establecidos para la misma al momento de la asignación, y manteniendo el marco fiscal que requiera su condición tributaria ante la ley.
Por medio de la presente, Usted acepta informar a THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE si ha tenido o tiene antecedentes policiales o fraudulentos.
THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE es poseedor del derecho de propiedad del cuestionario que Usted utilizará para reportar su auditoria, así como cualquier otra documentación que THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE le entregue para el cumplimiento de la misma. Los cuestionarios son confidenciales y constituyen secretos comerciales de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE Por lo tanto, Usted está obligado por la ley a no divulgar información con respecto a dichos cuestionarios. Toda la documentación de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE entregada a Usted al momento de su asignación es y será en todo momento propiedad de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE.
Usted se compromete a no divulgar los nombres de los clientes de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE, la ubicación de sus asignaciones, ni ningún otra información reunida durante la auditoria, excepto a personal de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE.El acuerdo de confidencialidad específicamente prohíbe divulgar cualquier tipo de información como la mencionada a competidores de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE.
Está totalmente prohibido solicitar algún tipo de vinculación con un cliente de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE alegando su relación con THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Cualquier violación a la confidencial de su actividad significará su remoción de la base de Shoppers de THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE y THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE se reserva el derecho de iniciar las acciones legales que considere pertinente.
Los términos del presente acuerdo han sido aceptados en su totalidad por el Shopper.
This agreement will govern the relationship between you (Shopper) and Campias Maria Samanta CUIT 27-25130965-0 (THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE). If you accept the terms of this agreement. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE in writing or verbally. THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE reserves the right to accept or reject any Shopper applicant as an independent contractor to perform mystery shopping work.
You will be an independent contractor of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE and nothing herein will create an employer-employee relationship. THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE will not withhold taxes of any kind, that Argentine laws do not require, in the payment of its services. You will not be an agent of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Your only obligation with respect to THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE will be to carry out the assignments that you accept and to keep confidential the information that you have collected during the audits.
You agree to provide your services to THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE based on an offered assignment. You can accept or reject the offered assignments. You are absolutely prohibited from transferring your allowance to family or friends, without the approval of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE.
THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE will inform you of the fee and/or a refund to be paid for a particular assignment, prior to your acceptance of it. Depending on the type of audit, there may be refunds for certain purchases made at the request of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE, for a predetermined amount/product. You will be responsible for all other expenses that you may incur by accepting an assignment from THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Fees and/or refunds will be paid by bank transfer on predetermined dates at the time of assignment. The fees and/or refunds corresponding to your assignments will only be paid if the corresponding fee invoice or purchase receipts were delivered, within the times established for the same at the time of the assignment, and maintaining the fiscal framework. that requires their tax status before the law.
By means of the present, you agree to inform THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE if you have had or have a police or fraudulent record.
THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE is the holder of the property right of the questionnaire that you will use to report your audit, as well as any other documentation that THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE gives you for compliance with it. The questionnaires are confidential and constitute THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE's trade secrets. Therefore, you are required by law not to disclose information regarding said questionnaires. All THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE documentation delivered to you at the time of assignment is and will remain the property of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE at all times.
You agree not to disclose the names of THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE's clients, the location of their assignments, or any other information gathered during the audit, except to THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE personnel. The confidentiality agreement specifically prohibits disclosing any such information to THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE's competitors.
It is totally forbidden to request any kind of relationship with a THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE client claiming their relationship with THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE. Any violation of the confidentiality of your activity will mean your removal from the THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE Shoppers database and THE SHOPPER EXPERIENCE reserves the right to initiate the legal actions it deems appropriate.
The terms of this agreement have been fully accepted by the Shopper.
